Convenience Store Pickup and Payment Instructions

1. Select Pickup and Payment Option

   • On the shopping website or app, choose "Pickup and Payment" as the payment method.
   • Confirm the pickup location as a nearby convenience store, such as 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, etc.

2. Complete Your Order

   • Fill in your delivery information and select the convenience store for pickup.
   • Complete your order and pay for shipping (if applicable).

3. Wait for Pickup Notification

   • The shopping website or app will send your package to the selected convenience store.
   • You will receive a notification (usually via SMS or app notification) when your package arrives at the store.

4. Pick Up Your Package at the Store

   • Follow the instructions in the notification and go to the designated convenience store.
   • Show the pickup notification and a valid ID (such as an ID card or driver’s license) at the store’s service counter.
   • Pay for the package at the store (payment methods may vary depending on the store's services).

5. Collect Your Package

   • After payment, the store clerk will give you your package.
   • Check the package contents to ensure everything is correct before leaving the store.
