Return Policy
- According to consumer protection laws, consumers have a 7-day inspection period (including weekends and holidays) upon receipt of the product. This 7-day inspection period is a “cooling-off period” rather than a “trial period.” If the product has been opened, used, or is lacking in completeness to the extent that it loses its resale value, returns cannot be accepted. We do not offer exchange services; however, defective products are exempt from this policy.
Calculation of the 7-Day Inspection Period
- The inspection period starts from the day the consumer receives the item and lasts for 7 days.
- Example: If the item is received on October 12, the 7-day inspection period is from October 12 to October 18.
Processing Returns
- Consumers are not required to pay for return shipping once. Please inform the seller of your intention to return the item within 7 days from the date of receipt. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Refund Calculation
- Orders below the free shipping threshold: Refund will include the cost of the returned item plus the original shipping fee.
- Order returns falling below the free shipping threshold: If the actual spending after the return does not meet the free shipping threshold, the refund will be the amount of the returned item minus the shipping fee.
- Orders still above the free shipping threshold after return: If the actual spending after the return still meets the free shipping threshold, the refund will be the amount of the returned item.
- Refund Processing Time: Returns are processed weekly. We will complete the refund within 7 business days after receiving the returned package. It may take approximately 14-21 days from sending the return to receiving the refund (delays may occur due to national holidays or special circumstances).
Situations Where Returns Cannot Be Accepted
- Exceeding the 7-day inspection period.
- Missing product details, tags cut off, or lost invoices (electronic invoices are exempt). If you requested a physical or company invoice, please return it with the product.
- Obvious signs of use/washing, damage, or stains, including makeup stains, odor, or other damages.
- Failure to return promotional gifts (gifts must be new and unused).
- Items marked as non-returnable in promotional offers.
- Returns are not accepted for international orders. Please note before placing an order.
- Small stains or size discrepancies of up to 2 cm that do not fall under the defect range according to international inspection standards are not eligible for return.
Return Request Process
- All return requests must be communicated through the order message. Customer service will respond within 3 business days with further instructions.
- Returns will not be accepted if not communicated through the order message. Do not send returns independently; any shipping costs incurred by sending the return on your own will not be reimbursed.
- The 7-day return period starts from the day you receive the return code from customer service. Days before receiving the response from customer service will not be counted.
Return Process via Convenience Store

- Please note that the return code is valid only within 7 days from the day of issuance. Make sure to send the return before the code expires.
- Place the item and order details back in the original packaging. If there were any promotional gifts or physical invoices, please return them as well.
- Keep the receipt provided by the store when sending the return to ensure your rights are protected.
