感謝您選擇 Ninikiki 肌膚專研保養品牌。為保障您的權益,請詳閱以下退換貨說明:

  1. 依《消費者保護法》規定,消費者享有商品到貨後 簽收完成日 7 天鑑賞期(非試用期) 的權利。

  2. 如欲申請退貨,商品須保持 全新未使用狀態,並包含完整包裝(商品本體、外包裝、配件、贈品等)。

  3. 以下情況恕無法受理退貨或退款:

    • 商品已拆封、使用,或有明顯人為使用痕跡

    • 屬於個人衛生用品之保養品,一經拆封即無法退貨

    • 因個人膚質不適、過敏反應或使用感受不符等主觀因素

  4. 若商品於配送過程中發生重大瑕疵或寄送錯誤,請於收到商品 48 小時內 聯繫客服,並提供完整開箱照片或影片以利處理。

  5. 經確認符合退貨條件後,退款將於 7–14 個工作天內 退回原付款方式(實際到帳時間依金流機構作業為準)。

  6. 退款將退回至原付款方式,恕不接受更換為其他付款管道或現金退款。
  7. 若退回商品經檢查不符合退貨標準(如缺件、已拆封或使用),本商店有權拒絕退款,並將商品寄回予消費者。

Thank you for purchasing from Ninikiki – a skin-focused skincare brand.

To protect both parties’ rights, please read the following refund and return policy carefully:

  1. In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day inspection period starting from the day the product is received.
    Please note that this is an inspection period, not a trial period.

  2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and returned with complete original packaging, including all accessories and gifts.

  3. Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

    • The product has been opened, used, or shows signs of use

    • Skincare and personal hygiene products once opened

    • Skin reactions, allergies, or dissatisfaction due to personal skin condition or preference

  4. If the product is defective or incorrect due to shipping error, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear photos or an unboxing video for verification.

  5. Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Actual processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
